Who we are
Non-Stop Rentals ("we", "us") provides accident replacement vehicles in Sydney, NSW. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Name, contact details, address or delivery suburb, driver licence details and images, vehicle and registration details, accident and insurance claim information, and any documents you upload. We also collect basic website analytics and advertising identifiers.
Why we collect it
To assess your eligibility for a replacement vehicle, supply and manage the hire, verify your licence, communicate with you, and recover hire charges from the at-fault party or their insurer. We may also use your details to improve our service and, where permitted, to contact you about it.
Who we share it with
Insurers, assessors, legal and recovery providers, credit hire partners, and our IT, hosting and email providers — only as needed to deliver the service or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Your information is stored on secured, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Uploaded documents are held in private storage. We retain records for as long as required for the hire, any claim, and our legal obligations.

We use cookies and tags (including Google Tag Manager and Google Ads) to measure website performance and advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as intended.
